Capital Trust built the Capital Sales App and Capital Connect App as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Capital Trust and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Capital Sales and Capital Connect unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

Capital Connect app may collect information with your consent from your mobile device like device location, device information (including storage, model, installed apps, Wi-Fi, mobile network) transactional and promotional SMS, communication information including contacts to provide customized offerings.

Collection Of Device Location

We collect and monitor the information about the location of your device to provide serviceability of your loan application, to reduce risk associated with your loan application and to provide pre-approved loan offers. This also helps us to facilitate verification the address, making a better credit risk decision and know your customer (KYC) process.

Collection Of Contact Information

We collect and process your Personal Data for the following purposes. Where required by law, we obtain your consent to use and process your Personal Data for the below purposes. Otherwise, we rely on another authorized legal basis (including but not limited to the (a) performance of a contract or (b) legitimate interest) to collect and process your Personal Data, as further detailed below.

  1. Providing and promoting our services (including necessary functionality): We process your Personal Data to perform our contract with you for the use of our services and to fulfill our obligations under the applicable terms of use and service; if we have not entered into a contract with you, we base the processing of your Personal Data on our legitimate interest to operate and administer our services and to provide you with loan amount requested.
  2. Managing user registrations: If you have registered for an account with us, we process your Personal Data by managing your user account for the purpose of performing our contract with you according to applicable terms of service;
  3. Managing, and participating in, contests, programs or promotions: If you register for a contest, promotion, or a program, we process your Personal Data to perform our contract with you or where we seek your consent.
  4. Managing payments: If you have provided financial information to us, we process your Personal Data to verify that information and to collect payments to the extent that doing so is necessary to complete a transaction and perform our contract with you;
  5. Contract fulfilment: We may process your Personal Data for the purposes of fulfilling our contract with you. We do this where it is necessary for the performance of the relevant contract.
  6. Assessing capacity requirements: We process your Personal Data to assess the capacity requirements of our loan to the extent that it is in our legitimate interest to ensure that you are meeting the necessary capacity requirements of our loan offering.

Collection Of Financial Sms Information

We accesses only transactional SMSes. They are collected with filters to omit messages containing OTPs, passwords or any similar identifiers.
Anonymization or removal of unwanted personally identifiable information (PII) is done at source.

We collect and monitor only financial SMS sent by 6-digit alphanumeric senders from your inbox which helps us in identifying the various bank accounts that you may be holding, cash flow patterns, description and amount of the transactions undertaken by you as a user to help us perform a credit risk assessment which enables us to determine your risk profile and to provide you with the appropriate credit analysis. This process will enable you to take financial facilities from the regulated financial entities available on the Platform. This Financial SMS data also includes your historical data.

While using the app, it sends the financial SMS information to our affiliate server and to us.

Pricing Policy

Interest rate on loans range from 0% (minimum) to 47.39% (maximum). The average interest rate is 42.69%. Processing fee is charged on top of interest rate. Interest rate is calculated on reducing balance

Annual Percentage Return (APR) on loans range from 44.41% (minimum) to 73.54% (maximum). The average APR is 55.63%.

The interest rate charged to the client Interest rate is based on profile of the client, cost of fund and the risk premium.

Grievance Redressal Policy
